Cancellation Policy

Need to make changes or cancel your order? Act quickly and let us know within 24 hours of placing your order. Past this period, we might already be processing your order, making it tricky to halt. If you do cancel within the 24-hour window, expect your refund processed in 7 business days.

We believe in Guardian’s power to make a difference, which is why we encourage a minimum 14-day trial. If you’re not convinced and decide to return the items within 60 days, please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

Our products are packed with care, but should you receive a damaged item (not a dented box the product itself), please report it within 72 hours of delivery. Email us a clear picture of the damage at help@savinggraceco.com. We’ll take a look and if your eligible, a replacement will be sent at no extra cost. Normal wear, tear, or misuse damages aren’t covered.

Shipping and Delivery

While we aim for fast delivery, some delays beyond our control may occur. Issues with the courier, customs hold-ups, or other shipping snags are out of our hands. For delivery troubles, reach out directly to the courier. We’re not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It's crucial to double-check your shipping address at checkout. Errors not reported within 24 hours may not be eligible for resending or refunding.
